AI Assistant Notice
What the digital concierge can do, what it cannot do, and how to use it safely.
Its limited purpose
The concierge offers a conversational first point of contact, helps identify a potentially relevant practice area, and makes it easier to continue with the firm. Its output is generated automatically and may be incomplete or mistaken.
What it does not do
- It does not provide legal advice or assess the merits of a matter.
- It does not calculate deadlines, recommend a legal strategy, predict an outcome, quote fees, or confirm that the firm can act.
- It does not create confidentiality, legal professional privilege, or a lawyer–client relationship.
Use it safely
Share only a short, non-confidential description. Do not enter names of other parties, identity documents, account details, health information, evidence, passwords, or urgent deadlines. Use an appropriate emergency service or authority where immediate action is required.
How a response is produced
For ordinary conversations, a prompt is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to a configured model provider under instructions for general orientation and first-contact support. Sensitive or urgent messages use a local response instead. Automated safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee every response. Contact the firm to verify anything important.
